Shabu Shabu Express!

I think the rainy season has started yet in Jakarta. The weather can be still hot but sometimes also cloudy and in fact, the rain's already showered several times since last week. There's nothing more comforting than eating Shabu-shabu or Japanese hot pot during the rainy season, right?

2 types of sauce: Thai style Suki (sweet sour) and House sauce (spicy).

From left to right: chopped daikon, garlic, scallion
Chicken broth - free

1 bowl rice - Rp. 5.000
1 plate of prawns - Rp. 21.000
1 plate salmon - Rp. 35.000
1 plate of Napa Cabbage - Rp. 8.000
1 plate of Bok Choy - Rp. 8.000
1 plate of Beef Ball
1 plate of Seaweed Fish Ball - Rp. 17.500

Drizzled with fried garlic.

Waiting... waiting.. waiting... until the food is cooked.
Finally... Ah... so satisfying! :)

  1. Hot pot and rainy days are a match made in heaven! This place looks good and crowded. Kinda hope nobody spills any hot soup. LOL
